30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: At Masdeu & Co., your satisfaction is paramount. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of receipt for items that did not meet your expectations.
Return Conditions: To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is necessary to complete your return.
Starting a Return: To initiate a return, contact us at masdeuandco@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for returning your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your items upon arrival. If you find any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at masdeuandco@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions: Customized or personalized jewelry items cannot be returned. Returns for standard jewelry that didn’t meet expectations are accepted under our 30-day policy.
Exchanges: For an exchange, return the original item. Once accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
Non-returnable Items: We do not accept returns on customized or personalized items. Additionally, we do not offer returns on international orders.
Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
Gift Returns: Gift items are only returnable with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Final Sale Items: Sale items are only returnable at our discretion.
